BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Wiggs joined the firm in 1978, after a brief engineering career in the real-time computerized control systems field. He has been a partner of the firm since 1982. His practice focuses on patent prosecution, primarily in relation to electrical, software, optics and mechanical technologies.
