Craig practices in all areas of intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on patent, trademark and copyright litigation. Craig has represented clients in a wide variety of intellectual property cases in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal, and has also represented clients in internet domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization. Craig's patent practice has involved numerous chemistry related technologies, including pharmaceuticals, fertilizers and pulping processes. Craig has received numerous awards for outstanding academic achievement, most notably the Law Society of British Columbia Gold Medal for being the top student in his law school graduating class at the University of Victoria. Craig is a member of the Canadian Bar Association (Intellectual Property Section) and an Associate member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada. Craig has also lectured on intellectual property topics at the UBC law school and for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.
