Todd holds a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Physics for Simon Fraser University, where he won a President’s Entrance Scholarship and Simon Fraser University Open Scholarship. Todd obtained his LL.B. from UBC in 2000 after winning the Law Foundation of B.C. Entrance Scholarship. Called to the British Columbia Bar in 2001, Todd’s practice focuses on providing intellectual property advice to members of the Pacific Northwest’s science and technology community. Todd has lectured on various aspects of intellectual property and technology law at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, the University of British Columbia, and the University of Victoria. Todd has also been a presenter for Continuing Legal Education, educating other British Columbia lawyers about intellectual property.
